Power

The new Equinox EV has an electric propulsion system with an EPA-estimated 319 miles of range on a full charge. With DC fast public charging, the Equinox EV can reach approximately 70 miles of range in 10 minutes. The Equinox EV’s onboard charging module is capable of reaching 11.5 kW Level 2 charge rates.

Exterior

The Equinox EV comes in radiant shades like Galaxy Gray Metallic and Radiant Red Tintcoat. Standard exterior features include 19-inch aluminum wheels, LED lights, a manual liftgate, and body-color flush door handles. The deep-tinted rear windows create a more private cabin, while the solar-glazing front windows reduce the sun’s intensity.

Interior

Cabin features in the new Equinox EV include a 6-speaker audio system, USB charging ports, power outlets, and an 11-inch driver information center. The driver’s seat has 6-way manual controls, while the front passenger seat has 4-way manual controls. The rear bench seat can be reconfigured to provide more cargo room when needed.

Technology

The 2025 Equinox EV has an advanced LCD infotainment touchscreen that measures 17.7 inches diagonally and has Google built-in compatibility. Google built-in includes Google Play, Maps, and Assistant to enhance all of your adventures. The Equinox EV’s infotainment system also has

navigation capability and SiriusXM radio for hundreds of entertainment options. Inside the new Chevy Equinox EV, there’s wireless smartphone integration that allows you to easily use your phone in the vehicle. Use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto to connect your phone to the SUV through Bluetooth technology. From there, you can use the Equinox EV’s touchscreen to use your phone or initiate phone calls through natural voice recognition while driving.

Safety

Buckle to Drive, Teen Driver, and Safety Alert Seat are some of the high-tech safety functions in the new Equinox EV. Buckle to Drive blocks you from shifting the Equinox out of PARK until your seatbelt is fastened, while Teen Driver keeps track of how often young drivers pass the speed limit or follow another vehicle too closely. Safety Alert Seat warns you about impending accidents by emitting vibrations in the driver’s seat on the side where the collision is expected.

Chevy Safety Assist is built into the new Equinox EV, offering enhanced protection from common causes of accidents. Chevy Safety Assist comes with front pedestrian braking, IntelliBeam automatic high beams, following distance indicator, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, and forward collision alert.
