The new Equinox EV has an electric propulsion system with an EPA-estimated 319 miles of range on a full charge. With DC fast public charging, the Equinox EV can reach approximately 70 miles of range in 10 minutes. The Equinox EV’s onboard charging module is capable of reaching 11.5 kW Level 2 charge rates.
Exterior
The Equinox EV comes in radiant shades like Galaxy Gray Metallic and Radiant Red Tintcoat. Standard exterior features include 19-inch aluminum wheels, LED lights, a manual liftgate, and body-color flush door handles. The deep-tinted rear windows create a more private cabin, while the solar-glazing front windows reduce the sun’s intensity.

Buckle to Drive blocks you from shifting the Equinox out of PARK until your seatbelt is fastened, while Teen Driver keeps track of how often young drivers pass the speed limit or follow another vehicle too closely. Safety Alert Seat warns you about impending accidents by emitting vibrations in the driver’s seat on the side where the collision is expected.
Chevy Safety Assist is built into the new Equinox EV, offering enhanced protection from common causes of accidents.
