Our salesman was Brett. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pushy, which was a BIG plus!! We had not bought a car in over eleven years. He was very patient with us and when we said we would think about it he didn’t try to get us to sign that day. It took us a couple of weeks but he called two times to see if we still wanted it. This was an excellent experience for us as we are old school and appreciate being able to make up our own mind!!! WE LOVE OUR TRAVERSE ❣️

Horrible!!! Kept my car for two days. I had to call over & over again to get an update on the repairs, if any. Took it in for just a tire gauge reading & some engine hesitation. TWO DAYS!!!! Ended up needing a tire plugged & a button first auto 4 wheel drive not engaged.

They did a good job

I think the dealership service department did a fantastic job. I withheld a star due to GM's fumbling of the coolant control valve issue with the 3.0L duramax. This needs to be addressed to ensure timely part availability for future failures and engineered to address the known issue for problem elimination.

They are all so Friendly as you walk in the door. They are aiming to please & do just that!

I Was told when scheduling it woud take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I was scheduled @ 10 am & left near 1pm . I was not informed that all customer set presets & preferences would be reset to factory settings.

Service technicians were great. Got me in and out quickly.

Recall issue rectified in an expeditious manner after parts were received from GM.

Any business that will let you watch THE 700 CLUB while you wait in the lounge is all right by me.

I ordered my passenger side sun visor three weeks ago and was told what the cost would be with an estimate on the labor. They installed the sun visor in less than an hour, love it! I also test drove a Trax and I love it too! My Spark has 171,000 miles on it and it has been an awesome car but I am in love with the Trax and plan on buying one when the Spark is paid for. Thank you Knippelmier Chevrolet for the great experience. I also enjoyed speaking with Daniel, he is great as well. See you again in a couple of years when this car is paid off.

2024 Chevy Colorado Z71 in for first Oil Change/Tire Rotation 10 months after purchase and 4900 miles. In and Out in 30 minutes wait time. Great Service! Complimentary Coffee, Vending Machine and TV in Nice Large Wait Area, plenty of comfortable seating and wifi. No Complaints here! Bob, Johnny and the Other Gentlemen, very responsive to what needs done on the truck and appointment.
